Procurement Manager – Hybrid (Dundalk)

About the role

The Procurement Manager will join Solv‑X Ltd’s supply team in Dundalk on a full‑time hybrid basis. You will be responsible for driving the procurement of non‑food retail solutions, ensuring cost‑effective sourcing and strong vendor partnerships across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers that meet quality, cost and delivery criteria.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favourable conditions.
• Manage ongoing vendor relationships and monitor performance.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end procurement process for goods and services.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance.
• Analyse spend data and supply‑chain metrics to recommend efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier evaluation and procurement activities.
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and contract management.
• Strong analytical capability for cost, performance and supply‑chain analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail or global sourcing experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
