Procurement Specialist / Buyer – Hybrid – Dundalk

About the role

Our client is seeking a Procurement Specialist / Buyer to support complex data centre and ICT infrastructure projects across Europe. Based in Dundalk with a hybrid working model, the role will manage the sourcing and acquisition of electrical, mechanical, ICT, security and power components.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure electrical, mechanical, ICT, security and power infrastructure components.
• Obtain quotes, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing and lead times.
• Raise purchase orders and manage the procurement schedule.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships while monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, site and logistics teams.
• Track material deliveries to site and handle urgent procurement needs.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, health & safety and ISO standards.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, supply chain or buying (preferred).
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
