Product Designer – E‑Commerce (B2C)

About the role

Phorest is seeking a Product Designer to join its E‑Commerce team. The role focuses on B2C guest‑facing experiences that help salon and clinic customers discover, explore, and purchase services and products online. You will shape end‑to‑end consumer shopping journeys that directly impact conversion, retention, and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate high‑visibility, high‑iteration features for the guest‑facing e‑commerce platform.
• Collaborate daily with a Product Manager and Engineering Manager in a 3‑Amigos team to define experience vision.
• Validate concepts with user research, data analysis, and experiments.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI that meet performance, trust, and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with engineering to build, test, and ship features, then analyse real‑world performance.
• Balance rapid iteration with high‑craft design to ensure delightful, trustworthy experiences across platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing consumer‑facing digital products, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong product thinking with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for creating accessible, high‑quality user experiences.
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
