Product Designer – EMEA

About the role

Gong is looking for a highly motivated Product Designer to shape the user experience of one of its core product areas. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to create innovative, user‑centered digital experiences for a global B2B SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive UX and design for a key product area, from concept to detailed design.
• Develop concepts, brainstorm ideas, and create wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Act as the user advocate, embedding user‑centered design principles throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with product teams and engineers to bring designs to life.
• Help develop, manage, and refine UI pattern libraries and design guidelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile B2B SaaS products.
• Creative self‑starter who balances big‑picture thinking with attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, capable of researching complex issues and delivering simple solutions.
• Passion for exceptional UX that creates raving fans.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and testing practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills in English.
• Portfolio of recent work and willingness to travel to Israel as needed.
