Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our growing product team. You will work alongside another designer and the Head of Product, owning the end‑to‑end design of mobile and web experiences, with a focus on turning complex performance data into intuitive, meaningful, and beautiful interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design clear, compelling data visualisations for charts, trends and insights dashboards on mobile and web.
• Continuously simplify information presentation, reducing cognitive load while maintaining depth.
• Collaborate with sport scientists, coaches and athletes to gather feedback, validate designs and iterate quickly.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency across all product surfaces.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product design experience with a strong UX/UI portfolio.
• Proven experience designing data‑heavy products such as dashboards or analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping and handoff.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Claude, Figma Make).
• Passion for great design and ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience contributing to or building design systems.
• Interest in sports science or health and fitness is a plus.
