Product Designer (Level 1)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Product Designer (Level 1) to join its Bangkok design team. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to uncover user problems, shape workflows, and create intuitive visual interfaces that serve travelers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases to define product requirements and user needs.
• Design, prototype, and test concepts with real users, gathering feedback to iterate quickly.
• Present design solutions to peers, leadership, and cross‑functional squads both asynchronously and in person.
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and squad meetings.
• Document design decisions, processes, and rationale to ensure transparency.
• Champion consistency and cohesion across Agoda’s user experience.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity about travel and a passion for solving real‑world user problems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and research teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and receiving feedback.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on usability and accessibility.

Required skills

• Experience with user‑centered design methods, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
