Product Expert – Customer Support

About the role

Omni is seeking a Product Expert to be the face of its AI analytics platform for customers in Dublin. You will combine strong SQL expertise with a passion for high‑touch support, helping users solve complex data problems while acting as a bridge between customers and the Product and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Become a deep expert in Omni’s platform and guide users and partners via Slack.
• Serve as the primary technical support contact, surfacing feature requests and reproducing bugs.
• Provide “above‑and‑beyond” technical assistance, crafting creative solutions to complex data questions.
• Advocate for customer needs in internal discussions with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to share usage trends, report bugs, and surface feature requests.
• Build advisory relationships and contribute troubleshooting guides and design patterns to the community site.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to identify trends and recommend product improvements.

Required profile

• Strong SQL skills for analytics and at least 1 year of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Enjoy daily interaction with customers and have a natural desire to teach and help.
• Curious about the root cause of technical issues and eager to learn new tools.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable advice, both in writing and verbally.
• Willing to work hybrid in Dublin (3 days on‑site per week).
