Production Operator

About the role

Join Stryker Ireland's Production Team as a Production Operator, responsible for executing manufacturing activities that meet strict quality and safety standards. You will work on the shop floor, following SOPs and work instructions to ensure patient‑safety‑critical products are produced efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out manufacturing tasks in accordance with documented SOPs, work and process instructions.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors to plan, schedule and monitor activities within the assigned cell.
• Maintain EHS, GMP, GDP, 5S and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Monitor business metrics (EHS, quality, production) on a shift, daily and weekly basis.
• Identify and resolve operational issues; escalate when necessary.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and lean initiatives.
• Support maintenance activities and cross‑train on multiple processes.
• Provide training to new trainees as required.

Required profile

• Demonstrated reliability in attendance, punctuality and willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts, cells and teams.
• Strong numerical, mechanical and spatial aptitude.
