Production Operator – Level 1

About the role

Join PCI Pharma Services and help bridge life‑changing therapies to patients. As a Production Operator – Level 1 you will ensure that all manufactured product meets approved specifications while supporting safe, efficient operations in a GMP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections and in‑process quality checks at required frequencies, documenting results accurately.
• Collect QC samples according to batch packaging records and report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Maintain strict adherence to operating, quality, machine‑cleaning and safety procedures on the production floor.
• Record quantities of good and reject products, assisting with reconciliation of packaging components at run end.
• Ensure housekeeping standards, complete cleaning logbooks, LUMAC logs and other production‑floor logs.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Engineers, Production Supervisors and Packaging Managers to maximise equipment and team efficiency.

Required profile

• Responsible for shift output, quality and yield in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
• Achieve competency levels as defined in the relevant training plan and follow safe work practices at all times.
