Programme Administrator – Azure Cloud Migration

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Programme Administrator to support a major Azure cloud migration and modernisation programme in Dublin. You will provide coordination, documentation and governance support across multiple technical workstreams, helping the project run smoothly in a fast‑paced transformation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, stand‑ups and cross‑team activities.
• Maintain project documentation such as RAID logs, minutes, change records and artefact libraries.
• Track milestones, dependencies and deliverables across migration workstreams.
• Prepare dashboards and status updates for the PMO and senior stakeholders.
• Support financial administration including purchase orders, timesheets and vendor billing.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and Azure cloud standards.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units and external suppliers.
• Manage collaboration tools including Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint and Teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in project support, coordination or administration.
• Experience in IT or cloud‑related projects, preferably with Azure exposure.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of project lifecycle, governance and change control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
