Project Coordinator (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

PFH Technology is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Project Managers and Service Director in delivering multiple ICT projects across Ireland. The role is hybrid, based in Swords, Dublin, and focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain project trackers, status reports and workbooks for clear visibility across teams.
• Update risk and issue logs, escalating concerns to the Project Manager or Service Director and assisting in mitigation.
• Coordinate resources from various functions within Ricoh, monitor utilisation and ensure timely task completion.
• Organise and attend project meetings with customers and stakeholders, contributing to project strategies.
• Provide administrative support including document library management and accurate data recording.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination within an ICT or related environment.
• Process‑driven with strong analytical and logical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Good understanding of Prince2 methodology.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
