Project Delivery Manager

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional to own portfolio governance, raise project delivery standards and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders on a wide range of business‑critical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of multiple strategic projects and programmes.
• Maintain effective governance frameworks, project controls and reporting standards.
• Produce portfolio reports, dashboards and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate governance meetings and track actions and decisions.
• Work with project managers to promote best practice and consistency.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance and operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in project delivery, PMO, programme management or portfolio governance.
• Proven track record of supporting multiple concurrent projects in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Experience monitoring performance, budgets, risks and key milestones.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks, solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Degree qualified in Project Management, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
