Project Manager – BESS & Generator Projects (Hybrid, Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead multi‑MW resilience asset projects that include Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and generators. The role is full‑time, hybrid and supports projects across Ireland, combining remote work with on‑site supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver BESS and generator projects on time and within scope.
• Manage project schedules, coordinate logistics and oversee supply‑chain activities.
• Ensure quality, compliance with specifications and supervise inspections.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors and clients to maintain safety and high standards.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience delivering projects within scope and schedule.
• Experience in project expediting, inspection processes and quality‑assurance practices.
• Background in logistics and supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients, contractors and internal parties.
• Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure or renewable‑energy projects is advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or related fields are a plus.
