Project Manager – Building Services

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a growing team delivering mechanical building services across residential projects in Dublin. You will work closely with senior management to plan, coordinate and supervise installations, ensuring projects meet quality, safety and legislative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the management and coordination of mechanical building services projects.
• Support the installation and commissioning of building systems.
• Develop and review maintenance and operational procedures.
• Monitor project costs and aid budget management and forecasting.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
• Produce and modify 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants and internal project teams.
• Attend project, design and technical meetings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, quality standards and health and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in an engineering or construction environment.
• Experience in mechanical building services, HVAC or the wider construction industry is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a practical approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and organisational abilities.
