Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Our client, a well‑established organisation based in North Co., Dublin, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects. You will work closely with design, surveying and construction teams, reporting to the Department Head.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage projects from tender stage through to completion and financial close‑out, ensuring scope, milestones and budgets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and facilitating decisions.
• Identify and manage project risks, maintain accurate records and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the Quantity Surveyor to oversee budgets and support successful delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in the construction industry.
• Experience delivering projects involving precast concrete, façades, cladding, structural concrete or specialist subcontracting.
• Strong organisational, time‑management, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
