Project Manager – Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

This is a step‑up opportunity within a high‑profile transformation programme based in Dublin. You will own end‑to‑end workstreams, operating independently rather than in a supporting capacity, and collaborate closely with the Programme Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Own discrete project workstreams from initiation to delivery.
• Run project planning, scheduling and delivery tracking across multiple priorities.
• Prepare and present progress updates and reporting packs to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain sharp governance through RAID logs, actions and decision logs.
• Build relationships across the business to create accountability and momentum.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in project management, PMO or project coordination.
• Organised, proactive and ready to take ownership of workstreams.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and bringing structure to ambiguous situations.
• Strong desire to make a visible impact within a programme environment.

Required skills

• Exposure to delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for clear, well‑structured reporting.
• Excellent written, visual and verbal communication abilities.
