Project Manager – Joinery & Fit‑out Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of joinery and interior fit‑out projects from design through to handover. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships and ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee joinery projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
• Develop project programmes and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Coordinate with production, design, procurement and installation teams.
• Act as the main liaison for clients and stakeholders, attending meetings and managing contract communications.
• Manage project budgets, review technical drawings and ensure manufacturing aligns with project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within joinery, fit‑out, construction or a similar industry.
• Proven knowledge of managing bespoke joinery or interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
