Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Innovation (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex pharmaceutical development projects for a global leader in drug innovation, based in Dublin, Ireland. The role will oversee projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with regulatory, quality and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including EPCM partners, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain and commercial stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Extensive post‑academic engineering experience in aseptic/sterile processing design and start‑up environments.
• Proven track record in project management within the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing sector.
• Strong teamwork orientation and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
