Project Manager – Resilience Assets (Generators & BESS)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, articulate Project Manager to lead multi‑MW resilience asset projects, including generators and battery energy storage systems (BESS), across Ireland. The role is full‑time and hybrid, combining remote work with on‑site supervision as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete BESS and generator projects on schedule and within scope.
• Manage project schedules, coordinate logistics, and oversee supply‑chain processes.
• Ensure quality, compliance with specifications, and supervise inspections.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to meet or exceed client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Experience with expediting tasks to keep milestones on track.
• Strong inspection and quality‑assurance capabilities.
• Expertise in logistics management for efficient supply‑chain operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑liaison skills.
• Familiarity with renewable‑energy or energy‑efficiency projects is a plus.
• Relevant degree or certifications in Project Management, Engineering, or related fields are advantageous.
