Project Manager – Supply Chain Transformation

About the role
The Project Manager – Supply Chain Transformation will support the design and deployment of a new operating model across global supply chain and manufacturing operations. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the role ensures structured project execution, proactive risk management, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate deployment activities across multiple manufacturing and supply chain sites.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and schedules.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and financial performance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, PMO, IT, and other business functions.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates, risks, actions, and decisions.
- Support deployment planning across process, systems, and master data workstreams.
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution, deployment efficiency, and collaboration.
- Assist with organisational change management and transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, program management, supply chain, operations or a related environment.
- Experience supporting cross‑functional projects within supply chain, manufacturing, systems or process deployment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities with financial awareness.
