Project Manager – Transport Infrastructure

About the role

SYSTRA is seeking experienced Project Managers to support the rapid growth of its rail business in Ireland. The role can be based in Dublin or Cork and operates within a hybrid working model. You will lead a diverse portfolio of transport infrastructure projects, working closely with national clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from conception through to completion following NTA, TII and IÉ project management procedures.
• Collaborate with clients, partners and internal teams to deliver projects on scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality.
• Develop detailed financial and resource plans for each project.
• Ensure alignment with internal and external governance processes.

Required profile

• Level 8 degree in engineering, project management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing transport infrastructure projects of varying scales and contract types.
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, numerical and report‑writing abilities.
• Formal project‑management accreditation or training is a plus.
• Experience working within a PMO structure is advantageous.
