Project Manager – Turnkey Recycling Plant Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of turnkey recycling plant solutions across Ireland, the UK, Australia and other international markets. You will own the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to client hand‑over, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project delivery, including planning, design, procurement, installation, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead internal project teams and external subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Support Site Managers to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.
• Organise and chair regular site progress meetings and produce detailed progress reports.
• Manage contract variations, invoicing schedules and project documentation.
• Maintain continuous client engagement to exceed expectations.
• Travel to project sites as required to support execution and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, site supervision or construction management.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering or industrial projects.
• Relevant engineering qualification (mechanical, civil or related) is desirable.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (working knowledge is advantageous).
