Proofreader for AI Model Training

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Proofreader to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will assign writing and editing tasks to the models, assess their outputs, and ensure the generated content meets high standards of accuracy and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments.
• Evaluate the quality, correctness, and performance of AI‑generated content.
• Identify logical gaps and suggest improvements to enhance model outputs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is a plus.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
