Property Legal Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Property Legal Executive to join a Dublin‑based law firm specialising in residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will manage conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion under solicitor supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
• Draft and review contracts for sale, respond to requisitions and prepare supporting documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and financial institutions to progress transactions.
• Order and review property, planning and title searches.
• Prepare closing statements, completion packs and handle Land Registry and Registry of Deeds applications.
• Submit stamp duty returns via the Revenue eStamping system.
• Assist with mortgage documentation and lender requirements.
• Maintain client files, deadlines and compliance with Law Society regulations.
• Conduct title checks, raise requisitions and provide regular client updates.
• Handle post‑completion registration and file closing procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years recent residential conveyancing or property experience.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate practices and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑focused approach.
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
