Public Procurement Associate Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Keystone Procurement is seeking a Public Procurement Associate Consultant to join its remote team. The consultant will provide advisory services to public and not‑for‑profit clients, helping them navigate EU procurement rules and secure successful tender outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on public procurement regulations and market opportunities.
• Develop tailored procurement strategies for diverse client projects.
• Prepare and review tender documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on public procurement best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clients to monitor compliance and address procedural challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public procurement advisory or strategy, preferably within the EU framework.
• Hands‑on experience preparing tender documents and conducting procurement research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Background in the public or not‑for‑profit sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Law or a related field.
