Public & Regulatory Solicitor (all levels)

About the role

This role offers the chance to join a market‑leading Public & Regulatory team in Ireland, working on high‑profile public, regulatory and administrative law matters for professional bodies and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise regulatory bodies on fitness‑to‑practice and disciplinary complaints from assessment through to sanction.
• Assist with investigations, preparation and presentation of cases before disciplinary committees, tribunals and professional boards.
• Provide counsel on judicial reviews, statutory appeals, sanction confirmations and other Superior Court applications.
• Advise clients on statutory powers, governance and regulatory obligations.
• Draft detailed legal advice on public, regulatory and administrative law issues.
• Manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice.

Required profile

• Experience in public, regulatory or administrative law, with litigation exposure, particularly judicial review work.
• Strong drafting, analytical and commercial awareness.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
