Purchasing Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Purchasing Administrator to join Tate Europe’s head office in Dublin. The role combines supply‑chain management, operational planning and stakeholder coordination, supporting the manufacturing sites that deliver data‑centre infrastructure and raised access floors.

Key responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing demand and generate purchase orders to keep production lines stocked.
• Liaise with internal departments – transport, warehouse, finance and others – to place orders for overhead spend and ensure timely delivery.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately in SAP, adhering to company policies and procurement procedures.
• Monitor stock levels of critical items, maintain minimum inventory thresholds and resolve any supply‑chain issues promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers to track order status, manage discrepancies and support continuous improvement of procurement processes.

• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑changing, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams and with external suppliers.
• Experience working with finance teams to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
