Python Developer (Open‑Source Compliance)

About the role

Our client, a global technology company, is looking for a Python Developer to join its Open‑Source Engineering team. You will design and build web and micro‑services, as well as automation and workflow solutions that streamline the open‑source review and compliance process.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Django and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Create and optimise automation pipelines and workflows for open‑source compliance.
• Collaborate with end‑users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements.
• Integrate messaging and task queues such as RabbitMQ and Celery.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of professional software development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (B.E., B.Tech or higher).
• Strong understanding of the software development life‑cycle, web services and micro‑service architectures.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
