Qualified Accountant – Part‑Time/Hybrid (Potential Full‑Time)

About the role
We are seeking a fully qualified accountant to join our growing practice on a flexible part‑time basis, with the possibility of evolving into a full‑time position. The role combines office and remote work, allowing you to manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients while maintaining a strong work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare year‑end accounts for SMEs, sole traders and partnerships.
- Compile corporation tax returns (CT1) and income tax returns (Form 11).
- Review bookkeeping, payroll and reconciliations using cloud accounting software.
- Produce management accounts where required.
- Communicate with clients, providing advisory support and answering queries.
- Liaise with Revenue, the Companies Registration Office and external advisors.
Required profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA).
- Minimum three years’ experience in an Irish accountancy practice.
- Strong knowledge of Irish tax and accounting standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
