Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor drives quality improvement initiatives across the site, ensuring product conformity and reducing overall quality costs. This role supports continuous improvement and operational excellence by applying lean manufacturing principles and quality management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of product quality critical characteristics, specifications, and industry standards.
• Maintain inspection and test plans in the ERP system and ensure consistent application.
• Perform in‑process and final product inspections and conduct Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) including Gauge R&R studies.
• Identify and support improvements to production methods, equipment, and processes.
• Investigate quality incidents, non‑conformances, and customer complaints, driving root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead and participate in Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and quality costs.
• Conduct internal audits of processes, products, and suppliers to verify compliance.
• Support third‑party certification activities and external compliance audits.
