Quality Engineer 1

About the role

The Quality Engineer 1 provides quality support for Teleflex's manufacturing value stream, ensuring compliance with QMS documentation and GMP standards. The role involves collaborating with project teams, handling complaints and non‑conformance investigations, and driving corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams to implement customer and QMS requirements.
• Review and release specifications during NPI, commercialization, sustaining, and end‑of‑life phases.
• Conduct complaint and non‑conformance investigations, select appropriate methods, and verify corrective actions.
• Oversee inspection and testing requirements, release products, and address customer or online issues.
• Train and support other quality team members.
• Drive reduction or elimination of process variation and troubleshoot quality issues.

Required profile

• Experience working in a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Ability to interpret and align customer specifications with Teleflex capabilities.
• Strong judgment in selecting problem‑solving techniques and verifying effectiveness.
• Effective communication with stakeholders across functions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GMP standards.
