Quality Engineer II – Manufacturing

About the role

As a Quality Engineer II you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring products are produced in compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and customer expectations. You will act as a key quality partner, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support quality engineering activities such as Change Orders, non‑conformance (NCE) and non‑conforming material (NCMR) investigations, CAPA development and effectiveness verification.
• Conduct risk assessments, validation activities and assist in developing quality assurance methods and procedures.
• Collect, analyse and interpret quality and manufacturing data to identify trends, drive process improvements and ensure product quality.
• Utilise statistical methods and data‑analysis techniques to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits, review quality documentation and collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing quality engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal quality systems.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate findings effectively.
