About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical distribution company in Dublin. The role is based in the operational/warehouse facility and involves hands‑on management of the Quality Management System across all business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure effective daily operation.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) guidelines for all distribution activities.
- Draft, review, and release new procedures, obtaining necessary approvals.
- Update and manage Quality Technical Agreements with suppliers, customers, and outsourced service providers.
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to embed quality standards throughout the organisation.
Required profile
- Significant senior‑level experience in quality roles within pharmaceutical distribution.
- Relevant academic qualification in Quality, Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and HPRA regulations.
- Strong ability to work across functions and influence at all organisational levels.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems.
