Real Estate Analyst – Dublin

About the role

Join a leading residential property developer in Dublin as an Analyst, supporting senior decision‑makers with data‑driven insights. You will work behind the scenes to produce reports, analyses and presentations that shape the evaluation of past, current and future developments.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality executive reports covering completed, live and pipeline projects.
• Deliver monthly site updates, tracking performance, risks and milestones.
• Maintain and improve a master tracker of all developments.
• Support pipeline reporting for prospective sites and future opportunities.
• Conduct scenario analysis to aid strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Compile key project reports highlighting priority developments.
• Create polished presentations for senior leadership and external partners.
• Ensure all reporting is accurate, consistent and clearly structured.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate, property or a related analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data‑management capabilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools
