Reception Team Member

About the role

Staycity is looking for a Reception Team Member to join its aparthotel brand and help shape the guest journey. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, professional and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing Staycity with joy, passion and enthusiasm.
• Make a strong first impression through confident communication and courteous service.
• Delight guests by paying attention to detail and delivering outstanding organisational support.
• Exceed guest and team expectations to create raving fans.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a vibrant workplace.
• Treat colleagues and guests with kindness and respect, fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar property is helpful but not mandatory – full training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Opera property management system (training provided if needed).
