Reception Team Member

About the role

Join Staycity, an urban aparthotel brand, as a Reception Team Member and be the first point of contact for guests across our European locations. You will help shape the guest journey by delivering outstanding hospitality and creating memorable first impressions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing Staycity with joy, passion, and enthusiasm.
• Make a strong first impression with guests through confident and clear communication.
• Delight guests by paying attention to detail and demonstrating excellent organisational skills.
• Exceed guest and team expectations to create raving fans.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a vibrant workplace.
• Treat everyone with kindness and respect, fostering a courteous environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar property is helpful but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Opera property management system (training provided if needed).
