Receptionist – Dental Clinic Front Desk (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join the front‑desk team at a modern, award‑winning dental practice in Dublin. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and handle enquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and process payments.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to optimise daily workflow.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• Previous front‑of‑house or reception experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Positive attitude, empathetic nature and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
