About the role
The Diamond Coast Hotel is seeking a friendly and proactive Receptionist to join its Front Office team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will create memorable, personalised experiences for guests during check‑in, check‑out and reservation processes, anticipating both expressed and unexpressed needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent service and build strong relationships with guests, exceeding their expectations.
- Ensure an efficient reception experience, handling check‑in/out, audit procedures and guest inquiries.
- Take ownership of guest issues and resolve them promptly.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability with willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Confident, well‑groomed with a pleasant disposition.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Natural ability to promote the Diamond Coast Hotel experience.
Required skills
- Experience with revenue management systems (desirable).
