Recruiter – 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join Larian Studios in Dublin on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract top talent for our award‑winning game development teams and ensure a smooth, high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Use Boolean and Xray searching across platforms such as LinkedIn and Mobygames to identify passive and active candidates.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates, maintaining records in our Lever ATS.
• Represent Larian at local and remote events to build talent pipelines.
• Act as a talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Continuously improve domain knowledge and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience in the games industry.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
• Strong passion for video games and game development.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Dublin studio.
