Recruiter – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑cycle Recruiter to join our Employee Success team in Dublin on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Working hybrid (three days in the office), you will help build our Customer Success and Sales organisations by attracting top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and hire Salesforce professionals across a variety of functions, managing the process from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute recruiting programmes and pipelines in collaboration with the global recruiting team.
• Build strong relationships with sales leadership and act as a trusted partner throughout the hiring journey.
• Conduct proactive networking, cold‑calling and deep‑dive research to tap passive candidate pools.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven ability to source and hire passive candidates, especially from technology competitors.
• Comfortable articulating the Salesforce value proposition to candidates.
• Strong influencing skills with senior hiring managers and executives.
• Track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• AI fluency.
• Proficiency with ATS/TMS recruiting tools.
