About the role

Airbnb is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join its Global Foundation Recruiting team and support hiring across the EMEA region. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering a seamless and inclusive candidate experience while helping the business meet its talent goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for roles ranging from entry‑level to senior across multiple business units and geographies.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines, ensuring balanced candidate slates.
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations and finance to define hiring strategies and plans.
• Educate and influence hiring managers on interview best practices, decision‑making and inclusion.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences and develop creative ways to surprise and delight candidates.
• Accurately track candidate data in recruitment systems and generate reports for business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume or general & administrative functions.
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying and closing top talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
