Recruiter – French Speaker (EMEA Tech)

About the role

Join a high‑performing EMEA recruitment team focused on sourcing top technical talent across the UK, Spain, Germany and other markets. As a French‑speaking Recruiter you will own the full candidate journey, delivering a professional, high‑touch experience from outreach to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using diverse techniques beyond job postings.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across EMEA markets.
• Engage and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Re‑engage passive candidates and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks and support offer management.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation and exit interview processes.
• Maintain accurate records in internal recruitment systems.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet technical hiring needs.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Strong sourcing capability with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Passion for candidate care and relationship building.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in tech or technical recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

• Salary €45,000 per year.
