Recruiter – G&A for Frontier AI Lab

About the role

You will be embedded within a frontier AI laboratory, focusing on General & Administrative (G&A) hiring. Acting as an extension of both the lab’s brand and Sxaler’s, you will source and secure world‑class talent while establishing robust hiring foundations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define G&A talent needs and create compelling job briefs.
• Leverage Sxaler’s proprietary technology and networks to identify high‑potential candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach and assessment to offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and improve processes.
• Build and nurture pipelines for future G&A roles in a fast‑moving AI environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience hiring top‑tier talent, preferably in SaaS, AI labs, deep‑tech or software companies.
• Strong communication skills grounded in logic, data, and patience.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and bring structure where needed.
• Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
• High emotional intelligence, agency, ambition, and a strong work ethic.
