Recruiter – Talent Attraction Partner (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Attraction Partner to join our Sales Recruiting team in Dublin. The role blends strong sourcing expertise with data‑driven recruitment insights, market intelligence and talent‑acquisition enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, assess and nurture top talent across multiple channels.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines and partner with Talent Delivery Recruiters.
• Conduct structured candidate assessments while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Drive competitor analysis, market intelligence and hiring insights.
• Manage TA reporting, metrics, dashboards and data quality using tools such as Excel, Tableau, HRIS and CRM.
• Support recruitment activations, events, branding initiatives and ROI reporting.
• Enable TA teams through training, best practices and process improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven track record hiring for the DACH market.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience creating reports and dashboards.
• German language proficiency is a plus.
