Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates from the hospitality industry for healthcare recruitment positions.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and present qualified profiles to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and commission through successful placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the hospitality sector.
• Strong motivation to progress your career and develop new skills.
• Eligibility to work in the EU (Stamp 4 visa or EU passport).
