Recruiting Coordinator Apprentice

About the role

As a Recruiting Coordinator Apprentice you will partner with Talent Delivery and hiring teams to deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience. You will become a subject‑matter expert in the interview lifecycle, supporting regional and global business units while gaining exposure to multiple functions within Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full interview scheduling process across phone, virtual, panel and onsite formats for multiple business units.
• Coordinate travel logistics, process candidate reimbursements, and greet candidates at the designated office hub.
• Ensure interview compliance by auditing employment agreements and tracking background investigations.
• Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers, acting as a thought partner to improve the hiring process.
• Prioritise multiple tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency and equity.
• Master recruiting tools such as Workday, Goodtime, Google Suite, Slack and the applicant tracking system.
• Contribute to regional and global projects aligned with the Global Recruiting Coordinator vision.
• Leverage Tableau dashboards to provide insights and educate hiring teams on scheduling best practices.
