Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist

About the role

CareChoice, a leading residential care provider in Ireland, is looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to support its 15 homes across Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Cork and Waterford. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new staff.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of roles within the CareChoice Group.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Research the healthcare labour market, develop recruitment plans and source candidates via social media and professional networks.
• Conduct internal and external interviews, provide feedback and create short‑lists for hiring managers.
• Meet agreed SLAs and KPIs for vacancy filling and produce regular recruitment reports.
• Participate in HR projects, including implementation of applicant tracking and candidate management systems.
• Support the development of the Group Talent Acquisition strategy with the HR Director and Group HR Manager.

Required profile

• 3rd‑level qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in in‑house or agency recruitment, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multiple locations.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
