About the role

Join Morgan McKinley's Business Support recruitment team as a Recruitment Consultant. Based in Kerry with hybrid travel to Cork, you will build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, helping people progress in their careers while growing your own professional path.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly fee targets.
• Source candidates through advertising, job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and prepare candidates for client meetings.
• Develop new business by researching, canvassing, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the company database and ensure high service standards for both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales or agency recruitment (or a strong, ambitious background willing to learn).
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask.
• Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
