About the role
Access is hiring Recruitment Consultants for its Dublin office. Full training is provided and the role is fully onsite, offering a clear, politics‑free progression path across 12 promotion levels.
Key responsibilities
- Write and post job advertisements.
- Review CVs to match candidates with client hiring needs.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Guide candidates through a brief onboarding process.
- Book shifts for placed candidates, earning commission per shift.
Required profile
- 1‑5 years of proven success in a commercial, target‑driven role.
- Strong commercial mindset and communication abilities.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (Irish/EU passport or Stamp 4 visa).
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems (assessment required).
What we offer
- Basic salary plus uncapped earnings.
- Average total compensation €45k+ in Year 1, €75k+ in Year 2.
- Clear promotion criteria with 12 levels.
