Recruitment Consultant – Earn Uncapped Commission in Dublin

About the role
We are looking for energetic Recruitment Consultants to join our Dublin office. You will own your pipeline, drive placements, and be directly rewarded for every successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a candidate pipeline for healthcare and related roles.
- Source, interview, and place candidates with client organisations.
- Book shifts and coordinate schedules to meet client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Required profile
- 1–5 years of experience in a fast‑moving, people‑facing role.
- Strong drive, resilience and a hunger to shape your own future.
- EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa.

- Uncapped commission structure with no clawbacks.
- Average Year 1 earnings of €45K+ and Year 2 earnings of €75K+.
